FIRST COURSE Bitter Crab and Strawberry Salad

Lump Crab, Celery Leaf, Fresh Strawberry, Grilled Tomatillo Vinaigrette, Cucumber

Paired with Mr. Tractor –  Kolsch – Crooked Can Brewery – Winter Garden, FL  5% ABV

Brewed as a lager and cellared to be clean and crisp, moderate hop bitterness, It is the perfect “lawnmower beer” that will quench anyone’s thirst after a day of chores. With the right balance of German hops and 2-Row malt, this is a great session beer.

SECOND COURSE – Shrimp Dumpling with Sweet Herb Salad

Wonton wrapped shrimp, cilantro, carrot, raisin, ponzu

Paired with Shark Fu – New England Style IPA – Hourglass Brewing – Longwood, FL  8% ABV

This double New England IPA was brewed with lots of barley and oats, hopped with loads of Citra, Mosaic, and Mandarina Bavaria, and fermented with a highly expressive yeast strain for a smooth, hazy IPA that hits with heavy notes of pineapple and orange with half the bitterness of a traditional IPA.

THIRD COURSE – Pork Bun with pickled red onion

Stone-Baked dough pocket, House smoked pork, roasted poblano, honey and coffee glaze, white sesame

Paired with Nitro Milk Stout – Left Hand Brewing – Longmont, CO  6% ABV

Dark & delicious, America’s great milk stout will change your perception about what a stout can be.  Milk Stout Nitro cascades beautifully, building a tight, thick head like hard whipped cream. The aroma is of brown sugar and vanilla cream, with hints of roasted coffee. The pillowy head coats your upper lip and its creaminess entices your palate. Initial roasty, mocha flavors rise up, with slight hop & roast bitterness in the finish. The rest is pure bliss of milk chocolate fullness.

Fourth Course – Mahi Pincho

Spiced seared mahi, smoked pineapple & chorizo rice cake, buttermilk paprika cream, fresh cilantro

Paired with Pale Ale – Sierra Nevada Brewing Company – Chico, CA  5.6% ABV

Its unique piney and grapefruit aromas from the use of whole-cone American hops have fascinated beer drinkers for decades and made this beer a classic, yet it remains new, complex and surprising to thousands of beer drinkers every day. It is—as it always has been—all natural, bottle conditioned and refreshingly bold.

FIFTH COURSE –  Almond cake

Honey Greek yogurt, macerated raspberry

Paired with Ringmaster Raspberry Berliner – Berliner Weisse –  Big Top Brewing Company, Sarasota, FL  3.4% ABV

The Ringmaster Raspberry has an unmistakable pink hue and perfect balance of sweet and tart. Made with hundreds of pounds of fresh raspberries and a hint of lemon, this is a perfect Florida summer beer!
