Featured Cocktail: Chocolate Covered Cherry Martini

Chocolate Covered Cherry Martini at Rising Tide tap and table in Port Canaveral

Ingredients

2 oz. Stoli Vanilla Vodka
1 oz. Creme de Cocoa
1.5 oz. Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
1/2 oz. Amarena Cherry Syrup
Handful Chocolate Chips
Handful Pretzels

In a spice grinder, grind chocolate chips and pretzels (be careful not to overground the ingredients and melt the chocolate). Dip the martini glass rim in cherry syrup and then into the chocolate and pretzel mix. In a shaker filled with ice, combine Stoli Vanilla Vodka, Creme de Cocoa, Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur and cherry syrup. Shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with an Amarena cherry and chocolate covered cherry.
